Marc Jacobs Sunburst BB shoulder bag

Marc Jacobs BB Bag

Something pretty cool has just arrived at Grace & Ted….

10929963_665486010227898_109220829521985913_nEver heard of BryanBoy? Well, he’s a 33 year old fashion blogger from the Philippines who’s been sharing his brutally frank musings on fashion since 2004 – that’s longer than the Sartorialist (Scott Schuman) Susie Lau and Rumi Neely…
Known for his entertaining style and outgoing personality, he has had quite the impact on the fashion world, apparently influencing ad campaigns from Fendi with his signature ‘BryanBoy pose’.

In 2008, after gushing about a newly released Marc Jacobs bag in his blog calling it “the must have bag of the season” Marc Jacobs himself gifted one of them in ostrich leather to BryanBoy with a note saying that it was to be named after him – the ‘Ostrich BB bag’, to be exact.
Saying it was “the best thing to ever happen to him” (and we completely get that) BryanBoy fell in love with the buttery soft ostrich leather and striking design.

And so have we! A powder blue Marc Jacobs BB bag has just arrived at Grace & Ted in immaculate condition, with the dust bag.
These were limited edition and highly coveted when they were released for the Marc Jacobs Autumn/Winter 2008 collection.
Retailing at around £1,000 you can own a limited edition piece
of (21st century) fashion history for £500.
